Attempting to remedy the problem without understanding exactly what to do could result in damage to the machine, or personal injury. If in doubt, customers should not attempt to repair any machine, but instead leave voice or Internet messages for our service department for immediate assistance during our next regular business hours. Rental customers who alter or damage machines, requiring subsequent repair, will be responsible to pay for damage caused by improper field alterations. If customer’s inability to operate a rental machine is caused by defective equipment, Bobcat of New Hampshire will refund prorated portions of rental fees based on failure of machine to operate as caused by defective machine condition. Abuse, misuse, or improper care are not considered defective machine conditions.
