I am writing you to tell you how pleased I was with the service recently done to my excavator.  First, off I bought the 1992 X231 from you in Chichester at the beginning of the summer.  I know what I was getting into for what it was.  I am a career firefighter and an extensive do it yourselfer.  I often encounter folks that have little patients for me trying to learn and do as much my self; whether it be carpentry, car repairs, landscaping, building repairs, etc.  Your employees, specifically Jon Dubois and Dave Drake didn't give me this impression at all.  They took my concerns, equipment, and financial abilities seriously.  I truly felt like they were there to work with me.  Often I have found folks in the trade with a "we'll do what you want us to do" (and send you the bill!)  Not the case with your staff.  Most impressively-Dave would take the time to explain each diagnostic step and present recommendations.  I picked up my machine and Dave walked me through the repairs and showed me on the machine.  At no time did I feel I was making rushed or uninformed decisions.  I firmly believe this is the stuff that sells.  Please pass along my thanks.I look forward to working with these guys in the future.
